The basic gist is, people write in with these questions — questions ranging from the semi normal to the absolute bizarre. Then, Cecil Adams, the world’s most intelligent human being, answers them. They say he, (1) he knows everything, and (2) he is never wrong. And, after reading a bunch of these, you’ll see that’s not too far from the truth.
