This site was created and designed to share my interest in photography with you. It was set up so that one could simply browse the site for ideas or just to look at captures, but was also designed to help assist me in making a few dollars for my family, pay for this website, and frankly, to help continue funding my interest in photography, giving me access to newer technology, better glass (lenses), etc. As any photographer knows, none of these are cheap. I recently purchased a drone to get new vantage points, not possible before. It is my quest to continue living on the bleeding edge of photography, so that I can create and share my captures with you and the world. So, as I add content, please visit and should you like a print, please help out by maybe purchasing it... Thank you much.
Some Help from My Father
What started as a hobby, forced on me in early high school, soon became a fascination. I was shooting B&W film, developing it myself, working in a makeshift darkroom I put together in the laundry room with an enlarger I found at a garage sale. Then, my father suggested THE local photo developing place in town and randomly ask for a job. Thinking there was no way, the lady on the other end of the phone told me to come in. I got into my finest leisure suit and went down to interview for a job that ended up lasting 5 years. We had some of the greatest photographers in the world come in and tell their stories and show their prints; little did they know I already combed through them as I was the guy developing them by then.
Life went on, I ended up in software development, but keep photography close to my heart. There's never an extended period when I don't have my finger ready to fire off a shutter.
